Zucchini Crisps

2 yellow zucchini

1 tbsp coconut oil, liquified

1 small garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp engevita

Pinch of Thyme

Sea or pink rock salt

Cut zucchini into thin strips or pieces that resemble chips. Toss in a bowl with minced garlic, thyme, engevita, oil and salt until coated. Place on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn once and bake for an additional 30 mins.
