Vegan Raw Cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp engevita

1 tbsp turmeric

1 tsp italian spice

1/2 tsp sea salt

2 cups cashews

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup water, as needed

Process garlic and salt until small. Add Cashews and process until smooth. Add water and lemon juice; mix well. Add more or less water until you have reached desired consistency. Add remaining spices and process until mixed well and smooth.
This cheese will keep for 5 days in the fridge.

Add different spices to create different flavours of cheese.
