Tahini Dressing

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup chopped coriander

1/2 tsp sea salt

Juice of half a small lemon

1/2 cup tahini

2/3 cup water

Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and store in the fridge for up to one week.
