1 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup hemp seeds4 tbsp flax oil1/2 cup raw onion1/2 squeezed lemonhandful of cilantro leavespinch of cuminpinch of tumericpinch of cayennesea salt, to tastewater for consistency
Place all ingrediants in a food processor and process until smooth, adding water as needed. Leave the pate in the fridge overnight so the flavours can marinate into
eachother. You can store this up to one week in the fridge.
