Mushroom Madness

1 tbsp sesame seeds

1 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp ginger, minced

3 cups portobello mushrooms

1 cup shiitake mushrooms

2 cups diced bok choy

1 tbsp soy sauce

1/3 cup sliced green onion

1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes

1/4 tsp pepper

2 tbsp lemon juice

Toast sesame seeds by tossing them into a dry skillet over medium heat until golden brown. In the same pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add Ginger and Garlic; cook for one minute. saute mushrooms for 2 minutes.

Add bok choy and cook for another 3 minutes. Add soy sauce and remove from heat. Stir in onion, pepper flakes, and pepper. Drizzle wit lemon juice and top with sesame seeds.
