Life Activation Challenge Day 4

Today I had a number of digestive issues. A lot of cramping and nausea; I think my body was expelling emotions toxins or feelings that had been manifesting within, a detox if you will. Raw food can act as a tool for healing, not only for your body but also for your mind. You are able to heal yourself from the inside out. Today my body has decided to rid itself of any toxins it was holding on to.
Raw food vibrates at the highest frequency of any other food. This means that when you eat low frequency foods you are pulling the electrical energy from your organs. When we eat oxygen, enzyme, and phyto-chemical rich food; we gain the increased benefit of electrical strength. This means that our physical and mental stamina is enhanced and assists in controlling free radicals and negativity. I have said it before and I will say it again… Your body is your temple and when you fill it with garbage you will be garbage.

Think about it this way… the purpose of eating is not to fill a hole, but to gain nutrients. Your body uses these nutrients, minerals and vitamins to repair damage, fuel the brain and nurture you as a human. Food is the building blocks of your body. If you are stuffing yourself with unnatural, chemical-ridden and nutrient-free foods, you are not giving the body anything to build with. You are depriving your body of what it needs and all of those toxins are absorbed and stored. This is why those with a sucky diet suffer from fatigue, cravings, anxiety or mental fogginess, restlessness, and could develop cancers.

I am asking you this week to be aware of what you are putting into your body. I am not asking you to convert to my lifestyle in anyway. Just take 10 seconds and acknowledge the food you are choosing. Be open-minded and aware of your diet and habits.

Breakfast: Banana and raw oatmeal

Snack: Hemp protein shake with almond milk

Lunch: Nutrient Booster Salad

Snack: Carob and blueberry protein ba
