Avocado Pistachio Pesto

1 medium sized crushed garlic cloves

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup shelled pistachio nuts

2 cups fresh basil

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup chopped avocado

 First process the garlic and salt. Then add pistachios and process until smooth. Add basil, lemon juice, and avocado and process until it is mixed well.
