Day 1- Recipes

Breakfast Mix:
1 cup raspberries

1 tbsp raw coconut

2 tbsp slivered or lightly processed raw almonds

1 tbsp crushed walnuts

2 tbsp ground flax seeds

Mix them together and enjoy!

Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Half of a cucumber, sliced

3 roma tomatoes, sliced

about 1 tbsp onion, tiny slivers

dash of sea salt

1 tsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

Combine all ingredients and chill.

Raw Hummus
2 cups chickpeas, soaked 24 hours and sprouted 72 hours
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup raw tahini
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 lemons, juiced (to taste)
1 cup fresh parsley, to taste

Process chickpeas, garlic and 1/2 a cup water until well mixed. Add tahini, salt, lemon juice and parsley, process until very smooth. Using water adjust consistency if necessary.
