Guilt-Free Potato Wedges

If you’re anything like me, you have enough to stress about without having to feel guilty about what you are putting into your body. Personally, I take that “A minute on the lips, forever on the hips” saying to heart. Eat what you want, in moderation, and go do some yoga. Your hips will be fine, Trust me.

6 cups potato wedges

3 tbsp yeast flakes

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

Cut potatoes into wedges. Put potatoes and remaining ingredients in a plastic bag and shake. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spread out on a foil covered cookie sheet, and bake for 30 min, turning after 20 min.
